The project was designed in full compliance with the urban and technical conditions defined by the relevant construction permit and is intended for collective housing in the “Mati 1” neighborhood in Prishtina. The building belongs to Urban Planning Block C-13 of Urban Unit E, under permit no. 05-351-101687, according to the “Mati 1” regulatory plan.

The facility was constructed on a base area of 1,733 m² and features a structural layout of 2B + G + 7 (two basement levels, ground floor, and seven upper floors), providing a functional structure and efficient organization of residential spaces.

The building has successfully completed all legal procedures and possesses both technical acceptance approval and a usage certificate under no. 391/02-0235112, guaranteeing compliance with construction standards and legal security for property owners.
