Building Kosovo,
since 1992

Krapi Group (formerly Krapi Com) is a Prishtina-based construction company.
For three decades we have built hospitals, schools, libraries, cultural and sports venues for public institutions, and a growing portfolio of premium residential developments — completed, certified, and lived in.

Who We Are: A Legacy of Kosovo Reconstruction

The company was founded in 1992 as a commerce and trading business. After the war of 1999, with Kosovo facing the work of reconstruction, founder Faik Krapi decided to reshape the company’s focus to take part in rebuilding the country.

Through the 2000s, Krapi Group became a primary contractor on public projects — hospitals, schools, ministries, sports halls and cultural buildings. Alongside reconstruction work for foreign missions including UNMIK, Caritas, UMCOR and later CDF, UNDP, LuxDev and the EU Office in Kosovo.

In 2011, with urban migration accelerating across Kosovo, the company began investing in its own residential developments. Today the work is split between two practices that share the same engineering team and the same standard of finish.
