The Fan S. Noli City Library, located in the center of Gjilan, was designed to serve the local community and surrounding areas with modern spaces for reading, studying, and cultural activities. Completed in 2017 by our company, with investment from the European Commission Office in Kosovo, this building represents a significant investment in the educational and cultural development of the region.

The facility has a net area of 4,000 m², organized across four levels with a structural layout of B+G+2 (Basement + Ground Floor + 2 Floors). The structure was designed for maximum functionality, offering suitable environments for daily use, literary events, and community activities. Its contemporary architecture and high construction standards make this library a landmark reference point in the city.
