The TherandaMarket building is located in the heart of the city market area of Suharekë, representing an important investment in local economic development and support for the region’s farmers. This modern facility covers a total area of approximately 1,000 m², of which 800 m² consist of enclosed and functionally organized space designed to ensure maximum comfort and efficiency.

Inside the facility, 32 market stalls have been organized and dedicated to local farmers, providing them with a suitable, secure, and standardized environment for the display and sale of their products. This space not only increases opportunities for regular and high-quality trade, but also contributes to strengthening the connection between local producers and consumers.

The project was designed by AB Group and financed by CARE International. Construction of the facility by Krapi Group was completed in less than one year, while adhering to the highest quality standards and utilizing modern, durable materials.
